The building in Persefonis str, Athens, was commissioned in 2005 in order to become the new apartment building in the area. Since then, the area of Gazi was an outsider in the city, occupied mainly by minorities. But the new metro station of Keramikos, was already being constructed in the open square in front of the site. The prospect of the subway station led to an increase in the residential and office demand. Thus, the concept behind the project was to create a building that would take advantage of its privileged position with great openings that would leave the view of the large square untouched. Excluding balconies in most of the levels, a flat façade was kept. Front glazing touches the floor in cases, or being pulled inwards forming insertions and creating volumes.
