This site in Nea Filothei, Athens, was already in structure when it was commissioned to the office. Keeping the basic concrete structure, all the interior as well as the exterior facades were modified to reach the client’s requirements.

The penthouse, interesting as it was with double height lounge area, was formed in order to provide a 4 people family with all their needs. Exterior facade was kept simple, combining white plaster and glass at the balconies, with wooden panels in specific places.
